Collectively the co-founders and directors of Impact Ray, Ayanda Mzondeki; Adi Zuk and Lee Zuk, have over 30 (thirty) years of experience as entrepreneurs and are part of the founding team of the first South African Women focused Angel Fund Dazzle Angels.


They are all members of the Women Presidents Organisation and WEConnect International. Ayanda Mzondeki is part of the EY Winning Women and Goldman Sachs 10000 Women.


The Impact Ray team have extensive knowledge, skills, networks and experience throughout Southern Africa running their multi-million dollar organisations for over fifteen years.


Ayanda Mzondeki

Ayanda is the co-founder & Managing Director of Liyema Consulting, a company that offers tech-driven human capital solutions. After 8 years in the human resources industry, Ayanda co-founded Liyema Consulting in 2012 to create an alternative that is people-centered.

She is an Executive Director of AWiT (African Women in Corporate Technology), Director of Umbuthano Ventures (A company that offers innovative drinking water solutions), Chairperson of WEConnect International SA WBE Council and

a WPO (Women Presidents Organisation) member.
Ayanda is a driven businesswoman who is intentional about supporting other women entrepreneurs.

Graduated from the Goldman Sachs-GIBS 10 000 Women Certification Programme, 2014 and alumni of the EY Winning Women, 2016.

Lee Zuk

Lee Zuk has co-founded Dazzle Angels and runs the Dazzle Angel’s board. Lee has been the COO of the Jagmethod group of companies, that employs 50 people across South Africa. Lee has focused on up-skilling the business leaders, creating a more diverse team, as well as creating employment opportunities for interns. 


Lee is part of WPO (Women's President Organisation).

Lee’s academic background includes an MBA from GIBS and an LLB from WITS.


Adi Zuk

Adi Zuk has co-founded 3 businesses over the last 15  years, Dazzle Angels the first female angel fund in South Africa, Jagmethod a digital lead generation business specialising in the financial services sector and Traffic Fundi, and online marketing agency.  Adi is currently the chairperson of the Jagmethod group of companies. Adi is a member of WPO (Womens Presidents Organisation).


Adi’s academic experience includes studying Impact Investing at the GSB, A PDBA at GIBS and Digital Advertising at Vega Brand School.
